INGREDIENTS

Salad:

  • 2 boiled eggs
  • One avocado cut into cubes
  • Half cucumber cut into small cubes
  • Greens ( arugula or lettuce) (optional)
  • Feta cheese cut into small cubes
  • Kimchi
  • Roasted seeds ( sunflower, pumpkin, sesame)
  • Roasted nuts ( walnuts, pecan nuts)
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • Radish (optional)

  • Half lemon juice
  • Half tbsp Organic apple cider vinegar
  • Salt, pepper, sumac, cumin
