Easy Lentil Bread

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup red lentils (soaked overnight)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt
  • Handful of dill
  • Nigella seeds
  • Feta cheese
  • Grated cheddar
  • Sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix everything except the feta, cheddar, and sesame seeds in a food processor.
  • Once all mixed, transfer to a bowl.
  • Add feta cheese and grated cheddar.
  • Spread some olive oil or ghee into your Pyrex dish. Pour in the mixture.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F), then cook until the top is brown.
