INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup red lentils (soaked overnight)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt
- Handful of dill
- Nigella seeds
- Feta cheese
- Grated cheddar
- Sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix everything except the feta, cheddar, and sesame seeds in a food processor.
- Once all mixed, transfer to a bowl.
- Add feta cheese and grated cheddar.
- Spread some olive oil or ghee into your Pyrex dish. Pour in the mixture.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F), then cook until the top is brown.
