Easy Lentil Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup red lentils (soaked overnight)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup strained yogurt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • A handful of fresh dill
  • Nigella seeds
  • White cheese (feta or similar)
  • Grated cheddar cheese
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend all ingredients except white cheese, grated cheddar, and sesame seeds until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the white cheese and grated cheddar.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or ghee and pour in the mixture.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake until the top is golden brown.
  5. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
