Ingredients
- 1 cup red lentils (soaked overnight)
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup strained yogurt
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Salt to taste
- A handful of fresh dill
- Nigella seeds
- White cheese (feta or similar)
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend all ingredients except white cheese, grated cheddar, and sesame seeds until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the white cheese and grated cheddar.
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or ghee and pour in the mixture.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
