This is the easiest way to start the day with protein. This way, we’ll have more energy during the day and won’t crave sweets for energy…
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed (keep in fridge and grind only the amount you need)
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other plant-based milk (except soy)
- ½ cup frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, etc.)
- A small handful of walnuts or almonds (optional for added crunch)
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil

DIRECTIONS
Mix all in a blender. You sprinkle bee bread or bee pollen on top for extra protein and nutrition. Avoid whey protein powders. Form Nutrition is a good brand that you can use.
