Another quick breakfast recipe for busy people
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup FULL FAT Greek yoghurt or plant-based yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans), chopped
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- A handful of fresh berries
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
