INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup FULL FAT Greek yoghurt or plant-based yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans), chopped
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • A handful of fresh berries
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
